Boxing Fitness is an energizing and intense non-contact, co-ed, circuit based program developed from Olympic style boxing training. It focuses on muscle toning, weight loss, improving physical endurance. Each member has unique fitness goals and exercise routines. Showing up is all it takes to fit in.
